- Inspect refrigerator ventilation
- Clean & adjust burner & orifice

- (Allow 2 days for maintenance to be performed)

- Amp draw test
- Clean filter and fins
- Inspect air flow
- Tighten installation bolts

- Check & clean manifold & burner
- Clean & adjust pilot light
- Clean & adjust LP pressure & air flow

Rubber Roof Maintenance
- Rubber roof clean & wash
- Condition rubber roof including slide outs
- Inspect roof seals & seams
- Check operation of all running lights

Sealant Inspection
- Inspect condition of all sealants
- (Windows, exterior moldings, vents, doors, clearance lights and roof seams)
- Recommended by Manufacturers to be inspected every 90 days

- Test fire of Appliances
- Water pressure & pump operation
- Check of exterior and interior lights

- *Boiler systems are time and material.
- Additional cost may apply for units with ice makers, washer/dryer prep or have washer/dryer (Customer must dump tanks prior to service)

Appliance check- Check operation of Appliances (Refrigerator, Water heater, Stove/oven, Air Conditioner and furnace)
- Converter & Battery operation
- Clean burner chamber (Water heater & Refrigerator)
- Check A/C operation and filter
- LP pressure and leak test
- Hot skin test (check for proper electrical grounding)
Packages do not include parts, shop supplies or sales tax. These packages are for maintenance only, additional parts and labor may be required. Wheel bearings, seals, and material are extra. If trailers have triple axles there will be additional charges with the wheel bearing pack and inspection.
